    The Health and Happiness Hub is a free, friendly informal group for adults with long-term health conditions who want to make positive changes in their life.

    They explore topics such as getting good sleep, valuing yourself, tackling anxiety, maintaining motivation and setting goals. They guarantee laughter and a warm welcome.
    Each session lasts two hours and you are invited to attend for up to 15 weeks. In Thornbury, the hub meets at Turnberries. They happen throughout South Gloucestershire and are funded by South Glos Council in partnership with Southern Brooks and your GP surgeries.
