This annual book fair returns for its 20th year on 25 April at the Halls Easter Compton at 10am. Lots of collectable books for sale ir swap.

Now celebrating its 20th year, the Southwest Region’s Observer’s Book Fair takes place on Saturday 25th April at The Halls, Easter Compton (BS35 5NP). Featuring thousands of the well-loved Observer’s pocket books, there will be many other collectable book for sale including; children’s series, Ladybird Books, Beatrix Potter, natural history and transport. The fair is open to all book enthusiasts and is free to enter. Help, advice and valuations will be available from members and stallholders who come from all over the country to attend. Starting at 10:00am, it concludes at 12 noon, ending with an auction of rarer books. Refreshments including homemade cakes are available. Call 07989 494159 for more information.
