The Almondsbury Show is a popular family event attracting many competitors, supporters and spectators. It is run by an enthusiastic group of local volunteers
This year is the 81st year, having been run continuously by a local family and helpers ever since 1943, when it was set up to provide much needed funds for the Almondsbury Memorial Hospital, for injured troops returning from World War 2, and we would really love to make this a bumper year for raising funds for such deserving charities, as well as holding a wonderful, enjoyable, traditional event for all horse riders, no matter how experienced. It is a fun event, open to everyone.
