This Club Night, professional artist Paul Oakley visits us to demonstrate painting in oils using a palette knife.

Paul will show us the practicalities of creating an oil painting using a palette knife – a technique which will be new and interesting to many. It should be a fascinating evening. Paul is a self-taught artist, based near the Marlborough Downs and Pewsey Vale. He likes to paint en plein air and paints with oils in an impressionist style.
There will be a short break during the evening for free tea, coffee, and biscuits. It is an opportunity to chat to the artist and Club members.
