The theme for October’s JTP Theatre Hour is ‘Stranger Things.’
6th October 2026 – Jon Domaille features in his own short play ‘Where the Lost Things Are’ along with Alex Nixon. In a place where things are found, a man desperately seeks something he lost.
13th October 2026 – Magician and story teller, Nick Brungen, guests with ‘Merlin and the Dragons.’
20th October 2026 – ‘The Curious Case of the Man and the Watch’. Tony Domaille reads his 2026 Midsomerset Festival award-winning time travel story.
27th October 2026 – ‘Accountable.’ A new short play about the cost of choices in our lives from the pen of Jon Domaille who features with Chris Holland.
Journeyman Theatre Productions (JTP Theatre) was formed in 2014 by Jon, Tony, and Phil Domaille with a view to performing new work at Festivals, One Act competitions, and other events.
JTP Theatre have become known for their Bite Size plays, performed in hotels, cafes and pubs. They also feature regularly on BBC Radio Bristol. Their original short plays include the award nominated and award-winning Pet Rescue, The Gods, Members of the Jury, A Price to Pay, Time Travel Agent, Apocalypse Then, My Hero, House Hunting and When All Around You.
JTP Theatre is a multi-award-winning group at the Avon Short Play Festival Competition, having won awards for acting, directing, production and Best Original Script. In 2023, Tony Domaille’s Even Numbers won the UK CDFF Geoffrey Whitworth Trophy and the NDFA Derek Jacobi Award for Playwriting.
