    April is Comedy month


    29th April 2025 – ‘Plastered’. A rabbit goes into a bar… featuring Jon Domaille and Pete James.

     

    May is Drama month

     

    6th May 2025 – ‘In Dreams’ a short story from Tony Domaille. Published by Printed Words in the ‘Word to Remember’ anthology, a man’s dream tells him important things about life.


    13th May 2025 – A radio version of the multi-award winning one act play, ‘I Know a Place’; the winner of the Avon Short Play Festival 2025 that also picked up the awards for Best Original Script, Best Director, Best Actor, and Best Technical. Lucy Evans is missing and forensic psychiatrist, Dr Vincent, finds himself in a race against time to save her.


    20th May 2025 – ‘A Price to Pay’ features Phil Domaille and Theo Birakos as a teenager who claims he killed his father. Written by Tony Domaille, the short play was a finalist in the Negro Ensemble Company Festival in New York in 2020.


    27th May 2025 – Another chance to catch Tony Domaille’s ‘I Know a Place’ featuring Alex Nixon as Damien Curtis, Phil Domaille as Dr Vincent, Sarah Cully Morgan as DCI Megan Brown, and Sarah Wiggins as Lucy Evans.
     

                                             

    Journeyman Theatre Productions (JTP Theatre) was formed in 2014 by Jon, Tony, and Phil Domaille with a view to performing new work at Festivals, One Act competitions, and other events.

    JTP Theatre have become known for their Bite Size plays, performed in hotels, cafes and pubs. They also feature regularly on BBC Radio Bristol. Their original short plays include the award nominated and award-winning Pet Rescue, The Gods, Members of the Jury, A Price to Pay, Time Travel Agent, Apocalypse Then, My Hero, House Hunting and When All Around You.

    JTP Theatre is a multi-award-winning group at the Avon Short Play Festival Competition, having won awards for acting, directing, production and Best Original Script. In 2023, Tony Domaille’s Even Numbers won the UK CDFF Geoffrey Whitworth Trophy and the NDFA Derek Jacobi Award for Playwriting.
